We would like to thank you for a lovely afternoon on Sat. Feb 10th. It was an afternoon of pampering, of feeling special, feeling like someone important and truly being spoiled. It was an unbelievable experience, one I would definitely like to have again someday and would and will highly recommend to everyone. Your staff was very personable, they knew who we were, where we were to go next without rushing us and could not have been more hospitable. We were initially hesitant, thinking this was a "girl thing" but with just the initial welcome we received, that soon vanished and we truly relaxed and enjoyed every minute of pampering. Thank you again for such an unforgettable day and creating a wonderful memory.

I am writing to you to let you know how happy I am with the service you staff has provided during my first visit to your salon. The entire staff was very pleasant and professional. Having moved to NJ from NY a few years ago, I needed to find a new hair salon. I have been bouncing from salon to salon not really being 100% satisfied with any of them… until now.
I came across Salon Serene while driving. I decided to give Salon Serene a try! All I can say is that I am glad I did! I had an appointment with your staff for a partial highlighting and a moisture treatment. I must say this is the best highlighting job I have ever had! She offered her expertise as well as listened to what I wanted. Between that, we came up with the colors for my highlights and I have never been happier.

I always look forward to my visits to Salon Serene. Caring for my family and teaching school leaves me little precious time to "take care of me". However, Salon Serene's Staff is very professional and accommodating and the Salon is a warm and relaxing atmosphere where I always feel pampered. For years, the welltrained hair colorists and stylists, nail specialists and esthetician have all done a fabulous job helping me to maintain my appearance. Beyond that, they carry a great line of hair, nail and skin products and are always more than happy to share professional expertise. It's really fun to feel so well cared for by a wonderful group of people.

The time I spent with your staff was so educational, relaxing and rejuvenating that I have scheduled another visit. Salon Serene's staffs expertise is beyond reproach and their welcoming demeanor and reassuring personalities made my treatment more memorable than any I've ever had.

I know people are quick to fire off angry letters when they have complaints, but rarely send notes of thanks for spectacular service. I recently visited Salon Serene, and wanted to let you know how pleased I was with your staffs attention. Two weeks ago, I received my first full set of gels. The time she spent answering my many questions, and making sure that my nails looked perfect, really making me feel special. A few days ago, I came back to your spa for maintenance on my gels, as well as a pedicure. I had broken a toe the day before, and was a bit apprehensive about the pedicure… Your staff was so gentle and upbeat, that I soon forgot all about the pain I'd been in. The staff is such an asset to Salon Serene, they have made me a customer for life1
